The terms that govern your use of heymingo.com and every order placed through it.

These terms apply whenever you use heymingo.com or place an order with Mingo Health Pvt. Ltd. By ordering, you agree to them.
Mingo Health Pvt. Ltd., operating heymingo.com, selling wellness supplements in India.
You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password. You are responsible for keeping access to that number secure. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access to your account.
We may suspend an account that is used fraudulently, abusively, or to place orders resold without our permission.
Stock levels shown are our best information at the time. In rare cases an item may become unavailable between your order and dispatch — we will contact you and either send a replacement or refund that item in full.
We accept prepaid payment only, processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card or bank details.
Delivery timelines and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Estimates are provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed dates.

Mingo products are dietary supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Nothing on this website is medical advice. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication, or managing a health condition, consult a qualified medical practitioner before use. Always read the label and follow the stated dosage.
Reviews you submit may be published on the site. Do not submit anything false, offensive, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove any review at our discretion, and we moderate reviews before publication.
All content on this site — brand names, logos, product photography, copy and design — belongs to Mingo Health Pvt. Ltd. and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
We may update these terms. The version published here at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.
