The Science
Format first, evidence-led dosing, full ingredient disclosure — and a clear line about what supplements can and cannot do.
Most supplements fail for a boring reason: people stop taking them. Our starting point is not a molecule, it is adherence — the format has to be something you will still be using in week six.
A perfectly dosed capsule taken twice is worth less than a well-dosed gummy taken daily. Format drives adherence, and adherence drives outcome.
That is why we build in two formats rather than one:
A swallowed capsule travels through the stomach and is processed by the liver before anything reaches your bloodstream — first-pass metabolism, which removes a meaningful share of some nutrients.
Oral strips dissolve against the lining of the mouth, where a rich capillary bed sits close to the surface. For certain nutrients this allows absorption that begins immediately and bypasses part of that first-pass loss.
This is not universal — it depends on the molecule, its size and how well it dissolves. We use strips where the evidence supports them, and gummies where it does not.
We formulate around ingredients with published human evidence at doses that reflect what was actually studied.
Our principles:
All Mingo products are manufactured in India in GMP-certified facilities to FSSAI standards, with batch-level traceability and expiry dating on every pack.
We are careful about what we claim, so here is the boundary stated plainly:
Mingo products are dietary supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Supplements support a diet — they do not replace one, and they do not substitute for medical care.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication or managing a health condition, speak to a qualified practitioner before starting anything new.
We would rather undersell a real benefit than oversell an imagined one.
